If you’ve visited our blog recently, you might have noticed a dramatic change to doing video reviews. We really do appreciate you taking the time to view them. We are still learning and improving our methods, how to shoot and edit, so thank you for your patience. We will still be doing our traditional written reviews, but we believe that video reviews are an excellent medium for getting a lot of information across in a very short period of time.
Of course when doing video reviews one is more apt to get critics. It really is an interesting phenomenon. We don’t mind critics, as long as they have constructive criticism. So far we’ve had good feedback and a few critics, but their criticism was not unwarranted and helped us improve our videos. What is not helpful are trolls and armchair critics who have no videos of their own, who continue to criticize just because they can, and do so anonymously. I believe Nutnfancy sums up the ups and downs of video reviews best in this video:
Great wilderness video. High sky’s Excellent.
